About the Organization

Pysslingen Preschools Solna consists of three preschools that are part of the same management team. These three preschools collaborate closely and benefit from being near each other while fostering a team spirit! We currently need to strengthen the team with a resource educator at 75% (1/2-30/6) for one of our preschools.

For us, it is important that our core values permeate our entire operation, and we actively focus on enhancing learning in all everyday situations. Planned teaching sessions are interspersed with spontaneous exploration and learning throughout the day. We encourage group divisions and a clear basic structure where everyone knows what to do and when. Contact with guardians is important, and we ensure that everyone feels seen and welcome. We work with goal-oriented processes and high expectations, combined with a joyful approach. It should be fun to be at preschool, whether you are a child or an educator! About the Position

Qualifications for the Resource Educator Position

A day at preschool is filled with many different meetings between children and educators. Each meeting is significant and part of the child's security, development, and learning. Therefore, we want to take advantage of every meeting and make preschool safe, educational, and enjoyable for everyone.

All children have the right to be treated respectfully, empathetically, and affirmatively every day. We have a need to hire a resource educator who will work with children diagnosed within the autism spectrum at one of our preschools in Solna.

• We are looking for someone who is passionate about children with special rights.
• You need to be equipped with a large dose of patience, be eager to learn new things, understand different communication methods beyond spoken language, and enjoy challenges.
• You like to work independently and have the ability to empathize with others' situations, such as the guardians of these children.

We want you to have experience working with children, preferably with a background in childcare or other educational training. You should have good knowledge of children's development, learning, and care needs.

Start date is in February or according to agreement with the employee, but no later than June 30, 2026.
